PAYMENT POLICY
MASTERCARD & VISA: are accepted.
PAYPAL: You can send payment to MadMansHobby@aol.com. E-Checks will delay shipping until the check clears.
MONEY ORDERS: are accepted.
PERSONAL CHECKS: We do not accept Personal Checks at this time.
CASH: Please do not send cash. If your only option for payment is cash, we cannot be responsible for any theft during transit. If we do not receive your payment, your are responsible for the loss. Please use a traceable method of payment.
RETURN POLICY
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover our costs in restocking the item.
This policy does not apply if the wrong item is shipped.
Defective merchandise is handled by the manufacturer through their warrantees.
No Returns on Close-Out Items.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders out within 24 hours after payment has been received, or the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We ship 99% of the time using USPS (United States Parcel Service).
FIRST CLASS MAIL: Usually takes 3-5 days, but can take longer depending on what time of year it is.
PRIORITY MAIL: Usually takes 2-3 days in the U.S.
LOST PACKAGES: Lost packages cannot be replaced without insurance. The postal service will not declare a package lost until 30 days after mailing. This allows for stray packages to be delivered.
DAMAGED PACKAGES: If the item has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Please save all the packaging materials as they will be needed for inspection by the delivery carrier. Insurance is required by the USPS for your item to be covered.
